Founder & Managing Director
Jen Kosydar is the Founder and Managing Director of Svitanok Global. She specializes in strategic intelligence, political risk, disputes support, and advisory relating to emerging and high-risk markets. Jen founded Svitanok Global to provide independent, intelligence-led support to clients operating in politically sensitive and commercially complex environments.
Prior to founding Svitanok Global, Jen spent nearly fifteen years advising law firms, corporations, investors, and sovereign stakeholders on complex cross-border matters. Her experience includes politically exposed investigations, integrity due diligence, stakeholder analysis, asset tracing, and strategic advisory across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the former Soviet Union.
Jen is known for her ability to translate complex political, commercial, and stakeholder dynamics into actionable insight for decision-makers operating in uncertain environments.
Having lived and worked extensively across the Balkans, Eastern Europe, and Sub-Saharan Africa, she brings a practical understanding of regional dynamics that extends beyond traditional desk-based analysis.
She holds an M.A. in International Security and dual B.A. degrees in International Relations and Political Science, with a focus on Russian and European security affairs.
